The Automatic Boat Latch Model T is constructed of STAINLESS STEEL to prevent corrosion and help prevent rusting of the boat latch. Stainless Steel holds up to salt and most weather conditions. Highlights to note.

The Automatic Boat Latch Model T comes with a stainless steel adaptor for your aluminum eye. Simply slide the adaptor over your existing aluminum bow eye in order to protect it. ANY boat latch over time will cause wear on an aluminum eye. This adaptor eliminates the issue.
The Ramp N Clamp cover is made up of an upgraded Stoltz Polyurethane to prevent damage to your boat. Stoltz has been known around the world for its superior super roller material and we have upgraded it to an even stronger more resistant protector. 10 times more durable than plastic. The Long Handle Highlights

- Can place handle in the up or “release position” to keep the clamp open for launching. You do not have to float the boat to release. If you prefer to unhook your strap and chain and release the clamp at the same time, you can with this option. You must manually place the handle in the down or “locking” position before loading the boat.

Had to add a circular heavy duty clip to be able to connect safety chain as my eye bolt on the boat was not quite big enough to handle all three things. Boat 2 trailer, strap hook and safety chain. Other than that looking forward to using it more. Well built product. This is on a 24 foot proline bay boat. Boat, motor and fuel approximately 3800 pounds.read more

After falling several times on slippery ramp to latch boat having to crank and crank to bring boat up to trailer. And the pain in the arse to get boat released from trailer when dropping it in. None of this is a issue anymore simple install 6 mins now it's just release winch strap back down use my ladder walk up boat and pull lever boat slides free. I have a Dakota boat retriever. This will pull my boat onto my trailer most of the way. With you receiver I can then back up until the boat hits the latch. It locks on and I can the pull out. It makes it so much easier. I had almost given up on fishing because of the difficulty of launching and pulling my boat out. Thank you so much of inventing this.read more

Love this boat to trailer. Simple to install I just floated my boat. Took off roller and installed the catch, pulled the boat up by hand it caught the very first time. I insured the plate was flush against the boat and finished tighten it down. I have the long handle. What I like about is you don’t have to remove the handle when traveling. NOT LIKE DROTTO.
