Returns
- You have 60 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in very new condition. No major scratches or damage.
- Your item must be packaged well with NO LOOSE ITEMS. PLEASE WATCH VIDEO BELOW
- We only accept returns on items purchased directly from Boat2Trailer. You will need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us immediately of receiving the defective product and we will ship a new piece, part or latch if needed. The returned merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air.

- Please download and print this form DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM HERE. (If you cant print please include a hand written filled out piece of paper)
- Include the filled out form in the box of your return.

Please Note:
- If you are requesting a refund it will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
- The refund is contingent on inspection. If the item is returned, restocking fees will be deducted from the refund or it will be returned back to you.
- We ONLY process refunds on orders placed directly through Boat2Trailer.
Instructions on an EXCHANGE
- We currently do not accept exchanges, but you can return the incorrect model for a refund. Then simply place an order through our website for the correct model.
