Refund / Return Polices
If the product on Boat2Trailer.com does not work on your boat or trailer, we’ll gladly accept it back for a cash refund or store credit if we are notified within 30 days of you receiving the product. In order to receive a full refund the returned product must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. The product cannot show signs of wear or damage. Products that have been damaged, altered or missing parts may be charged a restocking fee varying on damage. Boat2Trailer must be notified of return within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to return your original sales receipt or full name, date of purchase and last four digits of the card used to purchase along with the returned product.
Damaged or Defective
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us immediately of receiving the defective product and we will ship a new piece, part or latch if needed. The returned merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air.
Please include a brief note or email (within the 30 day period) explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. Returned items that are not being exchanged must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. The product cannot show signs of wear or damage. Products that have been damaged, altered or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee varying on damage..
If you are requesting a refund, the refund is contingent on inspection, then will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
