Refund / Return Polices
If the product on Boat2Trailer.com does not work on your boat or trailer, we’ll gladly accept it back for a refund or store credit. Please be sure to notify us within a reasonable time frame of purchase. We are only able to credit back your card within 120 days of purchase. In order to receive a full refund the returned product must be in working condition. We are a small business as well, please do your best to keep the condition of the latch within reason. The product cannot show signs of extreme wear or damage. Products that have been damaged, altered or missing parts may be charged a restocking fee varying on damage. Boat2Trailer must be notified of a return as soon as possible. Please be sure to return your original sales receipt or full name, date of purchase and last four digits of the card used to purchase along with the returned product.
Damaged or Defective
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us immediately of receiving the defective product and we will ship a new piece, part or latch if needed. The returned merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air.
Please include a brief note or email explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. We ONLY ACCEPT orders placed directly through Boat2Trailer. Products that have incurred extreme damage, altered or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee varying on damage..
If you are requesting a refund, the refund is contingent on inspection, then will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns unless it is a manufacturing defect.
