The Boat2Trailer Sport Short Handle is designed to work with a boat that has a standard U Bolt mounted directly to the boat and no thick brackets above it. This Sport Model should work on all compatible FIBERGLASS BOATS and a LARGE number of aluminum boats. The polyurethane on the clamp is engineered to fit snug around the eye of the boat. This creates the tightest fit between your eye and your boat. This tight fit design allows the least amount of play when loading and traveling. This design feature is critical when it comes to protecting a fiberglass boat. Having a loose fit or gap, will create pressure points or damaging wear points on the fiberglass. Our design helps to combat this issue and protect your boat.
